Raw, nearly unfiltered, wildflower honey from the central Michigan / Indiana border.
Our area boasts numerous hard and soft wood lots, marshy areas, hay fields that incorporate clover and alfalfa, organic tomato fields as well as several commercial gladiolus plots.
This batch is last seasons honey from our bees that did not make it through the winter. It tests high on brix at 86 which means its lower in water content than most which can range from 70 – 88. Because of this, it is a little thicker than most and not as clear.
